Student Organization Orientation

Student Organization Orientation is offered to assist student organization leaders in navigating the UT Tyler campus and conducting business on campus and is required by Texas state legislation. 

A student organization's registration will not be complete until ALL the authorized representatives AND the organization advisor have completed orientation. 

Spring 2012

Orientation Sessions will be held the following days/times in the UC Theater:

Thursday, February 2 @ 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, February 7 @ 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday, February 8 @ 2:00 p.m.

If an authorized representative and/or advisor is not available to attend any of the orientation dates, please contact the Graduate Assistant for Student Life & Leadership ASAP to schedule another time at getconnected@uttyler.edu.

Remember, the orientation session must be attended in person in order to complete the registration requirements.
