The Office of Student Business Services' mission is to provide excellent customer service to the campus community regarding their tuition and fee bills, refunds, 1098T forms and their university IDs. We also strive to comply with legislation, regulations, policies and procedures set by The University of Texas at Tyler, The University of Texas System Board of Regents and the Texas Legislature.

Please contact the cashiers' office for questions regarding your student ID, tuition and fee bill, a refund, adding a meal plan or your 1098T tax form.

NOTE:  If you are paying a Fall 2011 balance, please do not pay online.  Call 903-566-7227 or come by the cashier's office so your payment can be properly applied to the correct term.  Spring 2012 charges can still be paid online.
