The University of Texas at Tyler will hold Family Service and Fun Day for current UT Tyler students and their families Saturday, April 2.

Family Service and Fun Day gives parents and family members the opportunity to reconnect with their students during the semester and tour new aspects of the campus.

Schedule:

• 8:45 a.m. – Participants meet in the University Center foyer

• 9 a.m. – noon – Morning service project on campus (painting and landscape maintenance)

• Noon – Tailgate barbecue party at UT Tyler Irwin Ballpark

• 1 p.m. – UT Tyler baseball game begins
