UT Tyler 2010 Orientation Dates Announced

The University of Texas at Tyler will offer 2010 Orientation for incoming freshmen during four sessions this summer, Dr. Howard Patterson, vice president for student affairs, announced.
On-campus orientation sessions will be offered June 11 – 12, July 16 – 17, Aug. 8 – 9 and Aug. 19 – 20.
Cost is $75 per student and $40 per guest and $20 for guests 16 and younger. The fee covers meals and orientation materials. Students may register for orientation by completing the invitation card which was mailed to them or submitting the online orientation form at http://www.uttyler.edu/orientation/AboutOrientation.html.
Session four is reserved for families traveling more than 300 miles to attend orientation.
Orientation for transfer students is Tuesday, Aug. 24. All transfer students who have been officially accepted to UT Tyler should receive a letter regarding their orientation. For more information about 2010 Transfer Orientation, visit http://www.uttyler.edu/orientation/TransferOrientation.html.
