MEDIA ADVISORY: UT Tyler Patriot Days April 12 - 16

The 2010 Patriot Days at The University of Texas at Tyler is April 12 – April 16, Dr. Howard Patterson, vice president for student affairs, announced.

Patriot Days is the annual student appreciation week at UT Tyler that provides students the opportunity to enhance unity and school spirit with recreational games, contests, food, music and prizes.

            Events during the week include: 

• Campus Activities Board Comedy Night featuring Ron G.
• Tunes at Noon featuring Act of Congress.
• Walk a Mile in Her Shoes. University community event to promote sexual assault awareness.
• Patriots Got Talent Show.
• Adventure Race.
• Student Government Disc Golf Tournament.
• Field Day Games.
