UT Tyler HRD Professor Named Associate Editor of International Journal

Dr. Andrea D. Ellinger, professor of human resource development at The University of Texas at Tyler, was appointed associate editor of Human Resource Development Quarterly, a premier peer-reviewed international journal in the human resource development field, Dr. Harold Doty, College of Business and Technology dean, announced.

Human Resource Development Quarterly is a research journal

sponsored by the Academy of Human Resource Development.

Ellinger will serve as editor after completing her four-year appointment as associate editor. She currently serves as director of UT Tyler’s newly-established human resource development doctoral program, which will enroll its first class in fall 2010.

Ellinger recently joined UT Tyler after serving as associate professor
in the Department of Human Resource Education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
