MEDIA ADVISORY: UT Tyler to Hold Family Weekend

The University of Texas at Tyler will hold Family Weekend for current UT Tyler students and their families Feb. 6 – 7.

Family Weekend gives parents and family members the opportunity to reconnect with their students during the semester and tour new aspects of the campus.

Friday, Feb. 6:

• 6 p.m. – Tailgate party at UT Tyler’s Irwin Field during baseball game.

Saturday, Feb. 7:

• 10 a.m. – Brunch in the University Center.

• 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. – Campus tours available.                  

• 1 p.m. – Giveaways, free snacks and a raffle during women’s basketball game in Herrington Patriot Center.
