MEDIA ADVISORY: UT Tyler Wind Ensemble to Perform Oct. 9

The University of Texas at Tyler Wind Ensemble will present a free concert 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9 at the UT Tyler R. Don Cowan Fine and Performing Arts Center’s Vaughn Auditorium.

Titled “Traditions,” the concert program will explore the traditions in wind ensemble musical repertoire.

The Wind Ensemble is in its seventh year. Dr. Jeffrey Emge, associate professor of music, serves as conductor.
