MEDIA ADVISORY: Black History Program at UT Tyler

The University of Texas at Tyler Black Student Association will present a Black History Program beginning at noon on Feb. 13 in the University Center.    

The program, which is titled “Utilizing the Light of the Past to Illuminate the Future,” is free and open to the university community and general public.

Program events include:

• Poetry reading.
• Drum line performance by Jarvis Christian College.
• Special guest speaker Reggie Conley.
