The University of Texas at Tyler will hold its 2007 Homecoming Oct. 1 – 6, Dr. Howard Patterson, UT Tyler interim vice president for student affairs and external relations, announced.

• Patriot Idol singing competition featuring UT Tyler and area high school students.

• Homecoming king and queen festivities.

• Distinguished Alumni Luncheon.

• Hot air balloon rides.

• 2nd Annual Leadership Alumni Conference: A Community of School Leaders. Features area educational leaders.
