UT Tyler Honors Program Holds Public Distinguished Lecture

The UT Tyler community is encouraged to attend a colloquium sponsored by the university’s honors program, Dr. Paul D. Streufert, honors program director, announced.

Dr. Stephen Tabachnick, professor of English at the University of Memphis, will present “The Emergence of the Graphic Novel” at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 31 in the UT Tyler Robert R. Muntz Library, room 401.

In this illustrated lecture, Tabachnick will discuss the history of comics and the graphic novel.
