Shannon Mariani serves as director of dining services.

Blends and Brews is open 8 a.m. – noon during Long Summer. Beginning Monday, June 7, Summer I hours for Grill Works, Blends and Brews and the C-Store will be 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., 8 a.m. – noon and 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., respectively.
