UT Tyler, UT Health Science Center at Tyler to Hold Fun Run

UT Tyler and UT Health Science Center at Tyler will hold the 2010 Fun Run Saturday, April 10.

The public event begins at 9 a.m. Participants will meet in front of the UT Tyler Herrington Patriot Center to start the 5K walk/run on the university’s Wellness Trail. The joint endeavor was started in 2008 to become a part of Gov. Rick Perry’s Texas Round-Up Health and Fitness Initiative.

Registration is not required.

UT Tyler and UTHSCT employees are encouraged to record their participation online through the Texas Round-Up Web site.

Representatives from the Northeast Texas Medical Reserve Corps will command a water station for participants.
