News and Information Upcoming Events Calendar

UT Tyler faculty, staff and students who would like their university event placed on the Office of News and Information Upcoming Events Calendar at http://www.uttyler.edu/news may e-mail event information to news@uttyler.edu with subject line “Upcoming Events.”

Submissions must include:

• Name and Date of Event
• Time of Event
• Location (campus building with room number, or if off campus, please specify)
• Contact name and number

Events may include, but are not limited to, student organization and club meetings, special guest presentations on campus and gatherings open to the UT Tyler community. If the event is open to a certain group (i.e. faculty and staff only) please specify when submitting. The Office of News and Information has the right to edit information and omit events that do not meet criteria.
