UT Tyler Research Office Offers New Profile Feature for Faculty on Web Site

The UT Tyler Office of Sponsored Research has enhanced their Web site by launching a new faculty profile feature for university faculty involved in research, Dr. Arlene Horne, vice president for research and federal relations, announced.

Profiles System was designed to provide a method for faculty to display their work to industry, other institutions and the general public.

Faculty can now display items such as their vita, past and current research, publications, course material and affiliations.

Profiles System also provides an opportunity for industry, other institutions and the public to search for research expertise.

The feature is integrated with UT Arlington’s project, The Collaborative Partnership, which allows for a single point search of research of the following institutions:

• UT Arlington
• UT Pan American
• UT El Paso
• UT San Antonio
• UT Health Science Center at San Antonio
• University of North Texas; and
• UNT Health Science Center.
