Dr. James Harbaugh serves as a visiting associate professor of technology within the College of Business and Technology.

The college, which is organized as the two departments of business administration and technology, prepares students to be graduates and active alumni who serve the needs of business, government, educational institutions and not-for-profit organizations in East Texas, United States and many foreign countries.
