Dr. Paul Roberts serves as an associate professor of human resource development within the UT Tyler School of Human Resource Development and Technology.

The school is part of the College of Business and Technology and offers several undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs as well as a Ph.D. in human resource development. Research, development and service effort opportunities also are available.
