Patriots Begin Play

UT Tyler junior education major Whitney Clements of Flint is a member of the Patriot volleyball team.

The athletic department will begin its 2009-2010 campaign during the upcoming holiday weekend, when all five fall sports officially open their regular seasons.

The 2009 UT Tyler/Trinity Mother France Volleyball Classic will kick-off the weekend when the two-day, nine-team tournament opens play at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 4 at the Herrington Patriot Center.
