Sherea Norris serves as administrative assistant II for the campus police department.

The UT Tyler Police Department provides a wide range of services for the convenience and safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors. Officers routinely provide services such as vehicle jump-starts, unlocks and personal escorts for those individuals leaving campus buildings at night, when requested.

The department also works closely with the university’s Office of Student Affairs to ensure that university rules and regulations are enforced.
