University Center Renovation

Progress continues on the University Center renovation. The project, which began in January, will add a 300-plus seat auditorium/theater along the north wall, a fully-expanded, two-story bookstore, new study lounge areas and office spaces for student government, student services, testing and other student-related programs.

The renovation is expected to be complete in 2010. The UT Tyler Bookstore and Subway eatery have temporarily relocated to the Physical Education Building (PHE) until the renovation is completed.
