Auditions Set for UT Tyler's Production of Cinderella

Audition dates are set for UT Tyler’s production of Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Dr. Molly Johnson, interim chair and associate professor of music, announced.

Auditions, which are open to all UT Tyler students, faculty and staff, are:

• 7 – 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2 in Braithwaite Recital Hall.
• 7 – 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4 in Braithwaite Recital Hall.

Those auditioning for a role must prepare a ballad and an up-tempo song, while those auditioning for a chorus must prepare one musical theater selection.

No sign-up is required, and an accompanist will be provided.

Show dates are March 27 and 29, 2009. Course credit is available for students.
