Japanese Delegation Visit UT Tyler

A 20-member delegation from Yachiyo City, Japan will visit UT Tyler Thursday, Oct. 16.

The UT Tyler community is encouraged to welcome the distinguished group at 2:30 p.m. as they arrive in front of the Ratliff Building North.

A reception will follow in the Ratliff Suite, located in the Ratliff Building South.

UT Tyler President Rod Mabry will give welcoming remarks and exchange gifts with the Yachiyo City mayor and president.

Gregg Lassen, UT Tyler vice president for business affairs, will lead the group on a campus tour.

Yachiyo City is a sister city to the city of Tyler.
