UT Tyler’s First Habitat for Humanity House

This semester UT Tyler’s Department of Construction Management students are in charge of the construction for a Habitat for Humanity house in Tyler. The home’s first walls were established Sept. 25.

The students will incorporate their experiences as a service learning project and hope to complete construction by Thanksgiving, according to Dr. John Martin, professor and construction management chair.
