UT Tyler 2008-09 Opening Convocation

President Rodney Mabry presents a 35-year service award to Dr. Keith McCoy, professor of health and kinesiology.

UT Tyler President Rodney H. Mabry gave his state of the university address during the university’s Opening Convocation Aug. 25 to kick off the 2008-09 academic year.

Officials also introduced new faculty members and presented faculty and service awards.
