University Health Clinic to Hold Immunization Clinic for UT Tyler Students

The University Health Clinic will hold an immunization clinic for The University of Texas at Tyler students Aug. 20 and 21 on campus.
The clinic will be 1 – 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20 and 8 a.m. – noon Thursday, Aug. 21 in the UT Tyler Braithwaite Nursing Building, room 2240. Immunizations offered include tetnus-diptheria, hepatitis A and B, measles, mumps and rubella, as well as meningitis. Prices vary depending upon immunization. TB skin testing is free.
“Students must present their IDs to receive immunizations,” said Scruggs. “Payment can be in the form of cash or check. Those students needing to use debit or credit cards will need to come to the clinic during regular hours to receive their immunizations.”
The University Health Clinic, in partnership with the UT Health Science Center, is located on UT Tyler’s main campus, 3310 Patriot Drive. Regular clinic hours for the fall and spring semesters are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – noon and 1 – 5 p.m.
