The Office of Facilities Planning and Construction staff oversees construction projects for both UT Tyler and the UT Health Science Center in Tyler.

The office also oversees the development and implementation of the System’s capital improvement programs. OFPC provides a full range of project management services to ensure that institutions of the UT System have excellent facilities to carry out all aspects of their missions.
