UT Tyler Debuts New Marketing Video, Ad

The University of Texas at Tyler has produced a new publicity commercial and video to aid in recruitment and public awareness, Dr. Howard Patterson, interim vice president for student affairs and external relations, announced.
The new 30-second commercial began airing Feb. 10 on local network and cable stations in East Texas and Dallas/Fort Worth.
A 10-minutes recruitment video is posted to the university’s admissions and main Web sites, and it will be used by the Office of Admissions in their recruitment efforts.
“We are extremely pleased to launch these two highly informative videos. As the university grows, we need to update recruitment materials, not only to appeal to prospective students but also to reflect the rapidly evolving campus atmosphere,” Patterson said. “This project showcases our outstanding students, academic programs, faculty and facilities, clearing demonstrating that we’re that good!”
Encore Multimedia of Longview began shooting this project in August 2007.
