Welcome to my web site. Since teaching is my first priority, I teach both graduate and undergraduate Managing People in Organizations and Leadership and Management Development. Also, business research and consulting are of utmost interest to me. My MBA and Ph.D. are from the Sam M. Walton College of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Student success is very important to me and I organized and past president of UT Tyler Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter. Also, I am a past member of Editorial Advisory Board, Journal of Small Business Management and currently an advisor for Journal of Business & Entrepreneurship. (Background and Vita). Presently, I am on the Board of Directors of East Texas Symphony Orchestra.
