Welcome to my web site. Since teaching is my first priority, I teach both graduate and undergraduate Managing People in Organizations and Leadership and Management Development. Also, business research and consulting are of utmost interest to me as well. My MBA and Ph.D. are from the Sam M. Walton College of Business Administration at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Since student success is very important to me, I organized and was past president of UT Tyler Beta Gamma Sigma Chapter. In addition, I am a former member of Editorial Advisory Board, Journal of Small Business Management and currently an adviser for Journal of Business & Entrepreneurship. (Background and Vita). Presently, I am a member on the Board of Directors of the East Texas Symphony Orchestra.
