How To Use Your Single-Line Telephone


  • Select From The Following Features:

    • Call Forward
      Allows you to forward all incoming (both internal and external) calls to a second number.
      To Activate
      1. Lift Handset
      2. Dial number imagepound image
      3. Hear Regular Dial Tone
      4. Dial Number Where Calls Are To Be Forwarded
      5. Hang Up


      To Cancel
    • 1. Lift Handset
      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone
      3. Dial number imagepound sign image
      4. Hear Regular Dial Tone
      5. Hang Up

      Notes:
      You Can Forward Directly to Voice Mail By Forwarding To 5000
      Outgoing Calls Are Unaffected By Forwarding
      Forwarding Can Be Tested By Calling Yourself
      Your Phone Will Not Ring When Call Forward Is Active

       

    • Call Pickup
      Permits you to answer another ringing phone on your phone.
      To Answer
      1. Lift Handset
      2. Dial pound sign imagenumber 3  image
      3. Answer Call

      Notes:
      Other Phone Must Be In Same Pickup Group As Yours
    • Call Transfer
      Permits you to transfer a caller on your line to another extension.
      To Activate
      1. Press link image
      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone
      3. Dial Number To Which The Call Will Be Transferred
      4. Announce Caller In Privacy
      5. Hang Up...The Other Two Parties Will Be Connected

     

    • Call Conference
      Call Conference allows more than 2 people to participate in a phone call.
      To Activate
      1. Call First Party  
      2. Press link image  
      3. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone  
      4. Dial Next Number  
      5. Announce Caller In Privacy  
      6. Press link image All Parties Are Connected
      7. Hang Up When Conference Is Completed  

      Notes:
      Any One Party Can Hang Up At Any Time Without Disconnecting The Others
      Up To Six People (including yourself) Can Participate In A Conference
      Conference Calls Can Contain Both Internal And External Calls


    • Hold
      Permits you to place one caller on hold, while calling another party.
      To Activate
      1. Press link image
      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone
      3. Dial Number To Which You Wish to Speak
      4. Consult Privately
      5. Allow Consulted Party To Hang Up
      6. You Are Reconnected To Your Original Call


    • Ring Again
      Upon receipt of an internal busy signal, ring again, will automatically notify you when called party hangs up.
      To Activate
      1. Press link image
      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone
      3. Dial number 1 buttonnumber 1 button
      4. Hear Regular Dial Tone
      5. Hang Up

      To Respond
      1. Hear Short Bursts Of Ringing
      2. Lift Handset
      3. Number Is Automatically Dialed

      To Cancel
      1. Lift Handset
      2. Dial number 1 buttonnumber 2 button
      4. Hear Regular Dial Tone
      5. Hang Up


    • Stored Number Redial
      Permits you to store one favorite number to be automatically dialed with a three digit code.
      To Program Before A Call
      1. Lift Handset
      2. Hear Dial Tone
      3. Dial number 1 buttonnumber 7 buttonnumber 8 button
      4. Dial Number To Be Stored
      5. Hang Up

      To Program During Active Call
      1. Press link image
      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone
      3. Dial number 1 buttonnumber 7 buttonnumber 8 button
      4. Hang Up

      To Use
      1. Lift Handset
      2. Hear Dial Tone
      3. Dial button number 1button number 7button number 9
      4. Listen for Ringback Tone


    • Last Number Redial
      Permits automatic dialing of the last number dialed up to 16 digits.
      To Activate
      1. Lift Handset
      2. Hear Dial Tone
      3. Dial lnr button
      4. Number Is Automatically Dialed


    • Transfer a Call Directly to Voice Mail
      Allows you to easily put a caller into a voice mailbox without ringing the extension.
      To Activate
      1. Press link image
      2. Hear Stuttered Dial Tone
      3. Dial the Express Messaging number - 5001
      4. Enter the voice mailbox number followed by the # sign
      5. Quickly Hang Up...The caller will hear the voice mailbox greeting.
