Pool Parties at the HPC

Rates For Pool parties are as follows:

During regular business hours:

$60 for the first hour and $40 for every subsequent hour plus $10 per lifeguard (one lifeguard per 20 persons in attendance)

After regular business hours:

$80 for the first hour and $50 for every subsequent hour plus $10 per lifeguard (one lifeguard per 20 persons in attendance)

1. A $50 deposit must be made to confirm scheduling. Payment should be made to “UT Tyler” and should be submitted to the HPC membership office, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm upon approval from the Aquatics Coordinator.
2. The remaining balance minus the deposit must be paid by the last business day prior to the event. Payment should be made to “UT Tyler” and should be submitted to the HPC membership office, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm.
3. One the day of the event the event contact individual must submit the completed “Event Personal Release Statement” to the lifeguard on duty. All event participants must sign the “Event Personal Release Statement” even if they are not intending to get in the water.
