Lee Murray

Lee Murray is Contract and Risk Manager at The University of Texas at Tyler and his responsibilities include the review, negotiation, processing, and administration of contracts and agreements as well as the review, maintenance, and administration of insurance policies and risk management programs. Lee also assists with auxiliary service operations, real estate transactions, and various legal issues.

Lee came to work at UT Tyler in 2001 following many years of experience in manufacturing  where he worked in the areas of purchasing, contracting, materials management, and production scheduling. Lee is a Tyler native, an Air Force veteran, and a graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
