It is important that you complete all registration fields for our records. We may need to contact you during and after the school year regarding current and upcoming AP institutes and events. . Your Email address and any other personal information you provide will be kept private and will not be shared with outside parties.

Meals:
During our institute, you will find that we do not hold back when it comes to food. We will keep you "full" throughout the day.
Continental breakfast will be served from 7:00 – 7:50 am Monday morning in Library 401 during registration/sign-in. HOT Lunch and Breakfast will also be served each day in the UT Tyler Cafeteria for participants. 
 

Clothing and Climate:
Dress for all sessions is casual and comfortable. Walking/tennis shoes advised. Lab attendees should dress for safety and bring eye protection, as well as lab coats if desired. Tyler’s weather is very warm in summer months. The daily high will be in the upper 90's and the nighttime lows will be in the 70's.

Attendance:
Attendance at all sessions is mandatory to earn a certificate of completion. TEA currently reimburses for AP and Pre-AP classes up to $450. You can access information from TEA Advanced Academic Programs website. The AP Institute is 32 hours credit of College Board and professional development.

Confirmation of Registration:
Upon receiving your completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email. It is critical that your registration provides complete home address, phone information and email. We may need to contact you after the school year is completed.

Refund Policy:
Partial refunds will be issued for cancellations received in writing on or before 7/16/10. A $30 fee will be charged for any cancellations prior to this date. After 7/16/10, refunds will not be possible. No course changes will be made after 7/16/10.

Registrations received after 7/16/10 will be accepted on a space available basis.

Location:
Classes will be located in classrooms across the UT Tyler campus. Registration, sign-in, and day one's hot breakfast will be located in the fourth floor of the university's Muntz Library, Rm 401, on Monday - August 2, 2010 beginning at 7:00am. Please reference the Campus Map for driving directions and parking areas.
