Graduation Exit Survey
Protocol: The UT Tyler Graduation Exit Survey is offered to all graduating undergraduate and graduate students who have applied for graduation. The Fall survey window is open to December graduates and the Spring survey window is open to May and August graduates. Graduating students who have applied for graduation are contacted via their Patriot email account with a link to the online survey. Random prize drawings are offered for survey completers.
Use of Results: The Graduation Exit Survey results are reported to the administrators by college or administrative area in addition to an overall annual report. Response trends are tracked in and used for ongoing improvement of services and/or student learning both in and outside of the classroom.

698 of the 1225 graduating students responded to the AY 2011-2012 survey for a response rate of 57%.

937 of the 1221 graduating students responded to the AY 2010-2011 survey for a response rate of 77% (some of these responses may be duplicates).
